SUB ZERO LABS, and nothing else — never a description of what you bought.
Yes, from Settings. Premium runs to the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling never cuts it short.
No. The characters you made, and every conversation, stay exactly where they are — lapsing closes the billing agreement, not your account.
Tokens are the currency for everything you generate — a photo costs 5, a short video costs more. Premium adds 250 every month, about 50 photos.
Members can add one-time packs, which never renew: 100 for $7 · 250 for $15 · 600 for $30. Tokens you bought stay in your wallet and never expire.
We don't sell, publish or share what you write, and we don't train foundation models on it.
